Minimum order value

Orders for less than 25.00 € cannot be processed.

Shipping charges for parcels

For packaging and shipment we charge a lump sum. The amount depends on the receiving country.

Shipping charges for pallets

Articles, which cannot be shipped in parcels, are marked. They will be shipped on pallets by a haulage company. Incurring packing and shipment charges will be determined in co-ordination with the haulage company and the customer.

Terms of payment

After placing an order the customer automatically receives an invoice including shipping charges. Invoices have to be paid in advance. Therefore customers have to options:

• They transfer the total amount to the account of the Bonsaischule Enger. Once we received the payment, your order will be shipped. (To transfer the money takes approx. 2-3 days.)
• You pay by using PayPal. As soon as we received the information from PayPal that payment took place, the order will be shipped. (PayPal credits our account at the same day.)

Delivery times

Usually we process and ship orders within one working day. Depending on the receiving country UPS needs 3-4 days to deliver the parcel. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

Packaging

We pack all our articles in a way, that they will not be damaged during transport. Packaging cannot be returned.

Shipment of plants

During summer plants will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. That guarantees, that no plant will be in a parcel over a weekend. When its freezing in winter indoor Bonsai cannot be shipped.
